LCL CONTAINER SHIPPING PROCESSES

Specialization Process & High Quality Service

① Make An Order

After the customer has agreed and accepted our logistics quotation, then send the goods to our warehouse, confirm that all goods were arrived in CSC warehouse, pack them according to the customer’s requirements and transportation conditions, and wait for shipment.

The customer marks the goods with the unique mark specified by CSC.
The customer transports the goods to our warehouse.
Warehouse receives goods and confirms that multiple batches of goods have been fully stored in the warehouse.

② Shipment & Payment

After the customer confirms that all the goods have been shipped and stored in CSC warehouse, CSC will arrange for the transportation of the goods (by air or sea & land freight shipping). After the goods are shipped, we will issue a bill to the customer and charge the shipping fee.

The warehouse keeper and the customer verify the goods list and invoice.
Arrange for shipment (by air or sea).
The customer pays the shipping fee to CSC after receiving the bill.

③ Tracking & Delivery

Customers can track the shipping information (include transportation, delivery etc) of goods via our online tracking system, keep track of the dynamic information of transportation and delivery, and notify customers of receipt in real time.

DDP/DAP/DPU, Airport to door, include assist customer to do the import customs & delivery.
After the delivery completed, the customer checks and signs for it.

Support trailer door-to-door loading from a factory & warehouse, etc. Also the customer can send the cargoes to our transshipment center. The goods are packed / boarded / reinforced according to the transportation standard (wood furniture needs to be fumigated).

②Sea/Air/Rail/Road Shipping

Support sea & air & Road & Rail shipping. Provide professional processes : free warehousing, free forklift, cargo pacling list, invoice, booking, loading, handling, export, and other procedures… The railway & highways mainly fit in land adjacent areas & European countries.

③Customs Clearance

Customer do the import customs self (CIF/FOB/CFR…), or we assist customer to do the import customs (DDP/DAP/DPU…). We have cooperative customs supervision warehouse in major dedicated freight line destinations.

④Tracking&Unloading&Delivery

CSC supports logistics online tracking service, also will provide the shipping companies official tracking URL & datas to the customer too. CSC supports unloading and door to door delivery service, whether it is FCL or LCL, customers can choose whether they need delivery or not.
